Al’s Story

****Diabetic Escape****

Speak with your Doctor prior to making any changes in your diet. Diabetic Escape Plan is a lifestyle change that may not agree with yodoctor’s goals and plans for treatment.

Always discuss any changes to diet or eating regimes to your do to doctor in private.

DiabeticEscape LLC is in no way responsible for someone not adhering to their doctors plan for treatment!

Diabetic Escape is a lifestyle change that started from a typical average American man. His story is important as it’s a testament of how strong we can be when we put our mind to something.

Together we will share Al’s entire story from start to finish. From daily meals and cooking ideas. Diabetic Escape is excited to share the knowledge uncovered by one man’s will & determination to not be another statistic.

6 feet tall 245 pounds Al was a full blown diabetic and prescribed medication. Against doctors advice, Al decided he could beat this deadly disease through healthy eating habits and very little exercise.

Just shy of Al’s  6 months doctors visit. Al retuned to his Doctors appointment provided blood work and was told his numbers were perfect and that the medication was working.

HOWEVER - Al explained to the doctor I never took one pill you prescribed. “I changed the way I eat I changed my Lifestyle to Escape the everlasting effects of Diabetes.

How did he do it, how can someone diagnosed with type 2 diabetes change their lifestyle to the point the disease is gone.

Al‘s zero tolerance for fried foods, condiments, & sugar. Al claims removing these  unhealthy items and replacing them with better healthier alternatives for Three months will payoff on the scale and most importantly on your A1C
